New Paradigm Community

What if community wasn't just where you lived, but who you became together? This article introduces a living framework for building a conscious
community grounded in collective wisdom, personal sovereignty, and co-creative unity. From forming a Council of Action to embracing Ubuntu
philosophy, explore the foundational steps toward a new paradigm; one built on heartfelt integrity rather than separation and fear.

This is a introduction to a plan of action, a plan of action which focuses on an evolutionary path towards our expansion, our human expansion into a new paradigm.

Yes, a new paradigm. The paradigm we have been living and existing in for centuries, is one of separation, duality, trauma and monetization. The new paradigm I envision is one of heartfelt integrity, interdependent unity and collective consciousness.

The definition of consciousness literally means “knowing together“. So a collective consciousness would therefore mean “knowing more together“. This brings about a new relationship to everything previously known. For to know more always means to see things differently, and that’s where the new paradigm begins, when we start relating differently with each other and living in new ways on our world.

There are two primary steps to manifest a “conscious community” that’s building a new paradigm. First is the foundational formation of a council whose primary focus is discovering and defining the aspects woven into creating a new self-actualizing, social, synergistic energy. A council of action that recognizes each community members personal sovereignty, who they are and their unique gifts and abilities as essential aspects of the very fabric of the community. This empowering freedom is intrinsic to each members own self-generated health.

Second is the members comprehension that they literally are the community. Each carrying both the spiritual and physical creative forces empowering them to come forward with loving integrity to build the new paradigm community. One based on heartfelt communication, connectivity and co-creative unity.

Obviously this kind of lasting change takes unity, not duality, not separation. Duality and separation are the foundations of our current paradigm. It’s of interest to note that although the United States has been around for about two hundred and fifty years, there has only been 17 years of peace during that time. That leaves 233 years we’ve been at war.

It’s important to note that our world only changes when we shift to living consciously with a new set of values, a new set of beliefs. This changes our attitudes and our assumptions, changes them to attitudes and beliefs that are more generous, more inclusive. It is important to realize that not only do we have the capability, but a nearly magical ability to change our thinking patterns, to embrace something much larger, much more complete, much more unified, and what a joy it is to experience that kind of unity and support. We reconcile the diverse aspects within us. Let’s also reconcile with each other. The definition of reconcile, which I love, is “to join evenly with one another”.

That’s what makes up a community generating unity from each and every one of those within it. The individuals carry the community within them, and the community is made up of the individuals that it carries within it, all coming to a whole new framework of being together. It’s helpful to recognize the unity field that we exist and arise from.

Our universe is built on interdependence, our new paradigm community must carry that comprehension. In Africa, they say, “Umuntu, Ubuntu,” when they greet someone or leave them, it’s a greeting and a farewell. It is a philosophy as well It translates as “Because of you, I exist.” It’s a true and very powerful framework. The whole is within each of us, and each of us make up the whole, what’s good for the whole, what’s good for humanity, is good for the individual, The the Cherokee say outright, “If it’s not good for everyone, it’s not good.”

Getting back to forming a Council of Action that would be made up up six to eighteen people. It doesn’t make sense to gather a hundred people together to sort and float ideas around the room. A smaller Council of Action can share visions, ideas, and specific plans of actions, blending and uniting all the various visions and plans and ideas into a general vision, a general plan of action much more effectively. Of course there are specifics to uncover and look at as far as capabilities and the sustainability of the various talents and resources within the greater community. The Council can then map out pathways and timelines of all those who are involved, of filling in the gaps as we, as we transition. Transitioning should be as smooth and comfortable, as easy and abundant as we can make it.

The ability and willingness to change can be based on fear or some kind of denial or something other than shifting into a abundant, joy filled life. Let’s not work to change things out of fear. Let’s start with acceptance that it’s time to change with excitement based on our love and trust in each other, as we move with the ability of our collective potential energies towards constant innovation and confidence in the movement they will generate. Creating change on a very real level.

There’s ways to form councils that are integral to a community in order that all of those involved feel represented. Co-creating an evolving community is very exciting to me and there’s many more aspects to this I have to share I will include many in the next upcoming article. So if this resonates with you, I would love to hear from you, do you have plan of action?

In closing I want to say, let our food be our medicine and the source of health, let the way that we work and live, be a source of love and joy, and may we have close and heartfelt communication with our neighbors as we expand into a larger family. As this is just the beginning of the conversation, let’s carry it on from here, I look forward to conversations and communications from you. Thank you very much.
