O Spirit That Breathes Life into Life,
Your Light is Everywhere.
Enable us to feel your Presence
and remember this as our True Essence.
What comes from this Awareness
can heal and shape the world.
May Your Presence flow through us
so we may help unite Heaven and Earth.
In every Moment, give us what we need
to take our next steps on the Path.
Purify us of regrets and remorse we carry in our Hearts
as we release grudges toward those who have harmed us.
Do not let the surface illusion of worldly things delude us,
but liberate us from our forgetfulness.
